I've searched all over and can not seem to find out how to replace the light in my new to me 2012 r60. Is there anyone that can give me some pointers on removing the cover to access the bulb.

look for the LED replacement bulb howto from ECS. They have a step by step on how to replace all the bulbs.

Late reply here but I installed the entire Ziza LED interior kit in my 2016. Was super simple. As I remember it the glove box was mega simple. Took me less than an hour to do all of the interior lights in the whole car and made a HUGE difference in look and feel of my 2016 CMS interior lighting.
