Doors wont lock

Doors wont lock
This is a courtesy post-
2012 Countryman.... Doors wont lock with key fob or interior switch. Current car battery is 2 years old. same for key fob. HELP! tried sending it to dealer (under warranty) still not fixed.. had them to change oil, and is came back not running ( had to have is towed to dealer 2 hrs away).. they towed it back saying the " dip stick was not inserted correctly "... needless to say.. not eager to send back for the locks.
Open for suggestions.
