Blank Driving Excitement Mini Connected

Recently I noticed that Driving Excitement on Mini Connected is blank now. I see the graphic but there are no numbers and no option to see Sports Instruments or Forceometer. Any ideas? This is the first time I've had problems with Driving Excitement. All other Mini Connected first urea seem fine. I'm using an iPhone4 on an ALL4S. Thanks!

I know you've prolly checked into this already, but are you due for a system update on the MINI app itself or for your car?

I haven't used the Driving Excitement too much, but I actually ran it last night and once I finally got everything set up, it worked just fine. In fact, once I finally get any of the programs going, they all seem to work okay.

The only qwerk I have noticed that my MINI Connected doesn't always seem to want to fire up and get going. I think it may be my fault though as I wasn't really coached through how to do it by my MA when I took delivery.

When I got my new CM, I basically set it all up on my own. I was trying to get it right before my trip back home for Xmas and was up against the clock. My MA was busy with other deliveries he had to do and let me take the car so I could get home in time for the holidays. Most of the stuff I already knew from my 09 MCS Hatch, but the Connected was new to me on this car.

I've never really figured if your supposed to plug the phone in and then push the MINI Connect app on my phone... or if I launch the app on my phone and then plug it in... or If I plug it in, set the car to MINI Connected, and then launch the app on my phone, etc... I've also never figured out whether or not I'm supposed to re-launch the app on my phone if I don't disconnect the phone when I'm only out of the car for a short time- like running into the store for some things - The screen goes dark... Do I have to relaunch the app? Do I have to go through the whole process again? I just keep it plugged in on the little phone holder with the elastic band that clips onto the center rail. Still, when I fire it up, I don't always get the voice greeting me from the characters. I also have noticed that for some reason, the voices tell me to close the sunroof because it's raining even though there's no rain at all... does it sense something from driving over a puddle? Or some thing triggered from excess humidity?

Mr. Bueno

Funny you mention the rain and Sunroof. Mine does that now but it didn't always.
