I wish I'd read these posts sooner!!! I've been violated twice by service at Concord mini. Both times were for expensive components and ridiculous programming charges. What really gets me is the courtesy inspection list. They claim to have inspected a bunch stuff and topped off fluids. On my last visit I brought the Service advisor out, popped the hood, opened the washer fluid reservoir, and found it to be bone dry... I then asked him if I should check the oil, coolant, air pressure, etc. He offered to send the car back to service and offered me a loaner. No thanks!!! I always strive to be calm and respectful but knew this was time to leave. I had previously tried a local BMW mechanic, less expensive but he hates mini's. I live in the north bay and am open to any recommendations. HELP

On another note, is it really necessary to flush the break fluid system @ 44,000 miles and reprogram the computer? You gotta be kidding me. Since when do pads and rotors outlast fluid.
