On my 09 Clubbie, I went to check my oil (just a couple weeks after an oil change) and when I pulled the lever under the dash to release the bonnet, I felt no more than the usual resistance, then 'POP' and now the lever dangles loose. With a pair of needle nose pliers, I carefully pulled a bit on the cable that I could now see, and it just pulls easily out an inch or two... I can't get the search feature on this forum to work, but I can't imagine I'm the only one this has happened to... any tips for repair? (I am a do it yourselfer since the dealer is 60 miles away).
