Heating/Cooling Vent Problem

Hi. I picked up my beautiful 2012 True Blue ALL4 on Saturday, and have noticed an issue with the heating/cooling vents. When I put the system on cabin and floor vents, nothing comes out of the vents. When I put the system on cabin only, air comes out fine; etc.
