No, Maureen is my MA. 3rd MINI purchased from her since '09. Derek probably couldn't deal with my craziness. I think he was laughing at us last Saturday while the other half waffled on the color selection. Pretty much I build the cars online and then tell Maureen what I want to pay.

Ordered it on Saturday and got the VIN yesterday. Hopefully we have it before year end. My next step is a winter tire/wheel setup from Tire Rack.

I cover the east end so maybe we will cross paths in the SoHampton area.

 

Maybe one day if you're all the waaaaaay out east. I don't like going as far west as SH. LOL. Derek is an old friend. Good guy.

 

So here he is: CHAOS. Tint: 15% front doors and rear window, 5% everywhere else including sunroof and eyebrow. AfE dry filter and Craven Speed stubby installed as soon as he got home. Still deciding on other mods.

Purchased on 11/22/11. So far, windows tinted, short antenna on its way, and coco mats ordered. Swapped headlight bulbs yesterday. My second MINI...really liking it!

 

Here ya go. Swapped out my egg yolk turn signals a few days ago. A before and after pic.

Where is your auxiliary lights switch located? Can you show us a pic? I am thinking of adding them to my car but am curious as to where the switch is placed.

 

On the one I saw it was mounted on the bottom left side of the dash panel. Looks like they replace the panel piece with a panel with the switch. Or else they have very careful installers cutting out the switch opening.

 

Got the silver side marker bulbs yesterday from Sixity on e-bay. Below are some before and afters. I also am including a photo of the switch for the Auxilliary lamps as per Bmptespar's request.

Thanks for the pic. I was hoping that mini would have used a more "stock" looking location for the lights. I may have to get creative when I install mine.

Here's some photos of Chaos getting his Magnaflow exhaust installed at a local muffler shop. The tips were ceramic coated flat black at Sanderson Headers in South San Francisco.

 

So here's the latest on Chaos: Blackjack roof graphic, black rear view mirror housings, silver turn signal bulbs and a Flash 2 Pass garage door opener(because I forgot to order the built in).

 

Had my 4-inch tips installed today. Welding required, but the change is dramatic, I think.
Just makes the stock tips look puny, IMO. MINI should make these the standard S tips.

Where did you get your silver bulbs? I was disappointed when I ordered clear turn signals and only got clear covers!

First off "Boomer Sooner"! Hopefully your screen name relates to being from OK such as I am.
I got the silver bulbs from a company called Sixity (web: sixity.com). They are also on ebay. Make sure to check the ones installed on Angus Mack to make sure you order the correct ones as there seems to be some confusion. You can check a thread I started called Silver Bulb Discout Code for more info.
