Plasti dipped the grill black and the light covers anthracite. Also added the JCW aero kit.

What do you think of the mini mudflaps? I like the look but find them a bit understated and would have liked more flap, on my CM.

Well, I put them on to save my doors. Every time I wash it I spend the majority of my time removing grime from the doors. I like the look as well.

I read that they help keep the car cleaner (my primary goal). But I just installed them today and it's sunny outside so they haven't been tested yet.

It was this weekend, but I made a removable monitor with wireless headphones setup for the backseat of the Countryman w/ the rail. Now I need to adapt it for the non rail Countryman.

Did it require reprogramming or just plug n play?

I was going to go the programming route but since the tachometers are usually attached to a VIN and I couldn't find if anyone knew how to change it, I decided to play it safe and took it apart instead. That way I don't have to worry about the odometer or anything. I swapped out just the gauge portion so to speak. So all the rest of the internals like the computer inside stayed the same. It was a PIA but at least I know I wouldn't have to do any recoding.

Installed the updated black trim pieces for the speedo and vents, the interior instantly appeared more upscale... Also did the LED interior upgrade via kit from ECS tuning, follow instructions it's a piece of cake free bump for ECS... Got to buy the cup holder upgrade and install done next... Later today I may tackle the LED install on the Cayenne....

Yeah except the brake fluid change is for some reason more time based than mileage based, just like the cabin filter and air filter. I don't agree with it but that's the way MINI/BMW have it set up. I always find myself doing my own maintenance in between.

Awesome , Nice Countryman & Cayenne

The newer CM updated piano black make the interior much more elegant I think.
