Who says white has to be bland? Designed the color combo and side stripes. Went to a vinyl company to put them on. They did a great job!

Love taking pics at Merkel Wildlife Sanctuary. Fall is a little bleak, but a PR Countryman gives it a spot of color . . .

Thanks!

Found them being made by a fellow NAM member (and now sponsor) and they were custom made to my request (she'll do it for you too!). Kristan's done a bunch for folks based on their requests and this is from her first production run. They're not inexpensive, but seeing how this is a one off design by someone starting out and knowing that my shade's design is one that I won't see on another CM let me pull the trigger. Don't see an expression you like or want something custom, let her know and she'll draft something up for you!

Kayaks and the Countryman

Just thought I would show a shot of my wife's R60 S with both of our touring kayaks on top. I was in the process of unloading them after a river trip when I thought it would be a nice photo Op.

Also notice my R56 S in the background. Yes, we are a two MINI family. Have been for a while as my wife sold her R52 Cabrio to get the Countryman.
Cheers,
Greg

Where are these pictures taken? This looks like Highway 12 on Hatteras Island in North Carolina. If so you have awesome looking car on one of most scenic drives possible imo. Your car makes me want to trade in my pure red for a pure white.

a. This will pass once you get your PR.
b. There is no such thing as pure white. Light White, yes.

Sealy - Who thinks you may need help. IMHO

I am brand spankin' new to Mini's. Am used to V8, RWD, muscle-car type of vehicles. Quite a departure from what I'm used to, but it's been awesome thus far.

Muscle cars are nice when you want to go 'round a circle like a mad man or get to the end of a straight line faster than anyone. MINIs are more about getting from point A to point B reasonably quick, but by the most twisty route available.

Sealy - Who thinks the nav should have a "snake" route preference setting

You could get the same effect with a revised color scheme, but why ruin a pure red which is perfect just is it comes. Almost as perfect as cosmic blue.

lol Thanks Raysmax! The pics were taken on Santa Rosa Island's National Seashore in FL. I absolutely love the Countryman. When it first came out people said it was a boring looking car compared to the Cooper ... Cars can be as wild as you make them. Nothing beats a mini. I'm sure your pure red will look awesome as well. Youification at it's best.

I just ordered the same ones for my snows last week. Now I am even more glad that I bought them b.c they look really nice. Did you have to get tuner style lugs or did the OEM ones work? Also did you swap out your TMPS or buy another set, if so where did you buy them from?

The ones I ordered are Motegi MR118's in 17x8 +45

Yes they are the Motegi's w/ TPMS installed by Tire Rack. More pics here and here.

They did issue tuner lugs and upon comparison the OEM lugs looked like they did fit in the but I didn't try when mounting. Attached some pics.. we'll need to search for ones in black as the silver doesn't really match!

Thanks for the info. I tried to order from them, but they were out of them for the season, so I just ordered the tires from them and the wheels from somewhere else. It would have been so much easier to order them already mounted/balanced ect.

Mojito, I saw that you got the tobacco color line... Care to share any pics of the interior? I'm thinking of getting the same surf blue exterior and tobacco color line. Thanks! Your CM looks awesome!!
