What u need:
- Torx 25 Screwdriver
- Flat screwdriver

1) Remove the 3 torx scew on the top of the airbox


2) Next release the hose connected to the MAF


Moving a lil bit the box you should be able to open and remove the top of the airbox....

On the left the stock filter, right the ITG


From this view u can appreciate the thickness of both filters... ITG is way thinner!!


Put the filter back in the airbox and be sure that is in the right position and the close everything



That's all.... very easy, took me 5 minutes

A little curiosity....
I saw this little mm "gate" at the entrance of the filter.... I left it since i don't think it really "compromise" any performance

 

Well..... last night had a little spin with my car...... What can i say? For sure i don't think there's a real gain of CV or Nm... but on the other hand with the new filter i have the impression that car run more smoothly and gain rpm easily

One thing is sure, this mod will not harm ur engine So, do it!

 

Keep us posted on performance gains. If it's at least marginally measurable and doesn't decrease mpg, it's worth it in my opinion.
