Howdy all. It's been a few years since I last logged onto NAMA. I'm back as my 06 R52 is headed to the salvage yard after a guest driver got into a wreck and the insurance company bought her off me. I'm in the market for a new (to me) Mini and am looking for a convertible in spice/metallic orange. Preferably without the racing stripe on the bonnet. Given the relative scarcity of this color vs others, starting off with this and will look into various packages and other customized options later.

I'm hitting up cars.com, craigstlist, and reddit and casting a wider net to see if there are any other folks who might be interested in selling but whom haven't posted yet.

I'm located in the SF Bay Area and could travel up to a two hour Southwest flight away.

Bought mine last year. Jumped right on the opportunity to get a manual S with JCW kit in Spice Orange. It has 64k miles but it is one of the best driving MINIs. Went through every piece and updated all interior and exterior and it is like a brand new car.

Only thing, it has the black stripes.

 

They are hard to find but pop up every once in a while. The JCW levels are hard to find, most i find are Cooper S. Check Car guru and Cars .com Not much on craigslist.
