Quick question for other Roadster owners
Does anyone know if the upper glove box is standard on all US roadsters? I'm trying to order a phone mount so I'll have it as soon as the car arrives, but need to know whether or not it will have the "secret" upper glove box

Our 2012 has it as a standard feature. Since there haven't been any major interior updates since then, I'd expect the new ones to have it as well.

Yea, the secret compartment ( upper glove box ) is there on all, except the GP2 R56. I guess it would not be a storage area if you have the 6 disc changer ordered.

Ordered 11-Oct, loaded on a ship 10-Nov. Took longer to go into production than expected. 
Ship is due to arrive in port here on the west coast 7-Dec!
We traded our previous Roadster in this weekend, so we are down to just one MINI for the next few weeks.

This is my first mini. I actually haven't owned a car this small in over 30 years (damn kids). And it's my first mini, but I just couldn't resist the roadster.

Yeah, the Roadster is great. Now that we are post-kids it would be a shame to NOT have a two-seater!
East coast is an advantage for sure! Ours needs to go through the canal and up, sigh.

My Roadster is at the port waiting for a ship. Looks like it might be the Don Juan. I'm using the FleetMon android app to follow the ship's progress and it's currently sitting in it's home port of Bremerhaven.

It's at the Dealer! I'm picking it up on Friday. Seems like it took forever, but it was really only 37 days. And I gotta hand it to Mini, they were helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience.
