Halo/Angel Eyes as running Lights?

OK guys, I have searched the web and this group and can't find an answer.
I have a 2013 R59 with factory angel eyes and I would like to turn the running lights off so only the angel eyes are on during the day. Is this possible? The halons are soo bright you can't tell it has Angel eyes!!

What do you mean angel eyes? MINIs have angle eyes? . . . or you mean the little light dots around the xenon? . . . if so I always thought those were just light pipes from the same bulb which would mean you can't have just those on... but since I don't have xenon light I can't tell you for sure

Yea, I think they are Angel/halo eyes. You may be right though. I'll have to take a closer look but I thought they were led's.

Are you referring to your fog lights? If so yes, you can do it through your light settings. I run mine as the DRL's. I've attached a pic for reference.

After installing these lights, you're supposed to deactivate the daytime running light in your car computer (the halo lights operate independently). Your owner's manual has instructions for setting the daytime running lights.
