R59 Ramps for Roadster S
Ramps for Roadster S
Following on from the jack stands thread, I have ramp questions....
Although my car isn't lowered, the front is still pretty low thanks to the lip on the bottom of the JCW front bumper. I borrowed some ramps from a friend and used them successfully to fit the rear GP2 diffuser. I forgot to try them under the front but from memory I really don't think they would have worked alone, they were too steep I think. I suppose I could use the "drive onto a 2x6 first" trick with something like them to get an initial lift, but I'd rather have a one-piece solution. I saw some Race-R and Race Ramps and on Amazon but $200-300 is a bit steep (in price at any rate!).
Does anyone have anything that they're using successfully using that's a bit cheaper?
