Turbo Exhaust Pipe Replacement?

Thinking about the next easy mod.

Does the Roadster have the turbo exhaust muffler, it's too cold to go digging around on the ground to look today...

Has anyone swapped it out?

Do you feel any difference?

I'd like to hear the turbo a little more. Do you notice a sound difference?

Which one, Alta or NM. Does anyone else make one?

Andy

Huh? You mean a turbo-back exhaust? An exhaust doesn't make you hear the turbo spool up any louder. If you want more sound from the turbo, get an intake.

I had a chance to look today and the R59 does have the muffler in the turbo discharge pipe.

I was asking whether removing the muffler and installing a replacement pipe like NM's:

http://www.nm-eng.com/297/11/0/1457/...ipe.html#popUp[products]/1/

or Alta's:

https://www.altaperformance.com/coup...ide-boost-tube

makes any difference in either sound or power?

Is this a mod worth doing or is it a gimmick.
