Noticed that in the last few days my window is squeaking loudly while going up and down. Anyone else? Do I have to go back to the dealer again?

Ask your dealer if your car has the updated software for the top (If you have an automatic top I guess). Our car is a May build and already had it, but I see yours is 5/1. The software patch is actually for the windows to keep them from shuddering. It might be a long shot, but worth asking about...
