R59 Post your R59 Roadster pics here.
Based on the 4th pic, I will caution you to be sure you put sunscreen on the top of your head. This is the voice of experience speaking here.

Well I am a Chevy owner and I did it!

I understand what your saying! These minis are just worthy of pictures in any and every environment!
For example:
Makes Lake Yellowstone look better!

Makes a boring road look fun!

Makes nice roads look even nicer!

Even makes my garage more enjoyable!

Makes a herd of Bison look fun!

Ever see the Bonneville Speedway during rainy season... With a MINI?

Empty race track or great excuse for a MINI pic?

Yep, very nice pics. Great thread.

Thanks guys!
I usually put sunscreen on everything exposed around 1100 and I'm good. I drove 12hrs one day without it and was burned everywhere. LOL

Would love to go there! They give a tour of building the cars? Awesome! Roadster looks good in all black too!
I'll need to teach my roadster to swim though....
I got Phineus back in April 2013 when I traded in Willie, my Hot Chocolate Metallic Clubman. He's Reef Blue Metallic with Soda Package dash, scuttles, bonnet stripes and mirror caps, with toffee interior accents.

Nice photos, Gil-Galad. Here's one for you. My oldest daughter, who lives outside Birmingham, AL, has never seen my Roadster (or any other) in person. Her impressions are solely from photos. Apparently, she called the Roadster "Dad's Barbie car". Ouch, that one hurt .... maybe I'll disown her.
Admittedly, the Roadster looks much better, sporty, aggressive, etc., in person. But "Barbie car"? I hardly think so.

Getting chilly here now, had to break out the woolly hat this morning!
The top up profile provides a hint of how the Coupe might have ended up if the roof line had ended up with a more conservative, traditional design.
Top up will look best when the car is lowered.
I'm a bit sad I can't lower our R59 . . . it's just too much of a risk for my wife who would be frustrated (or simply not pay attention) having to take the extra care a lowered car requires

A few shots from MINIs in Foliage, based at Stratton Mountain, VT. Really nice, small event, run for the first time this year. We missed peak foliage by a week, but VT is pretty at any time of the year. We had one more Roadster, a black JCW owned by a really nice lady from MA, and met another Justa Roadster on the summit of Mount Equinox. Great event, highly recommended!
