Hi, I live in Southern California by the beach. It's damp mornings, sunny days, and humid but not as much as Florida.

I am going to set this up as a Weekend Drive Car. Maybe some aggressive driving but looking at the rotors, I want them replaced. I have Akebono Brake Pads and Sensors waiting. Now I just need rotors.

What would you all suggest. I want a step above OEM. I like Drilled / Slotted but if there isn't a real benefit in my situation, no use there. Opinions?

 

Pads make the biggest factor when it comes to braking performance. Just get plain rotors. I would suggest the least expensive fully coated rotors. Even though you are not in a high rust area, it will keep them looking better for longer.
