Hello all!

I just picked up my 4th Mini. I had gone the last two years without one and I couldn't stand it any more. My last two were a 2013 R58 JCW and a 2017 JCW. The new one is a 2013 S (R58).

So the newest is a beater, 80k on the clock and wasn't maintained to my standards, but these are hard to come by, and it is strictly a toy, so I set a 10k budget, making them even harder to come by. I found this one 4 hours from me and drove down and towed it home. Yay!

The vinyl stripes look like they have been in the sun since 2012. I actually think they have. They are horrible. I've got most of it off, and the paint on the hood is ruined. Not a real issue, but it definitely needs new vinyl. I ordered a kit off of Ebay (should have known better). It was supposed to be custom cut for R58. What they shipped was just strips of vinyl. Wrong width as well.
I'm looking for this stripe kit in Blue and Silver: Vinyl stripes.

Does anyone know of any source in the US for these, or a vendor that will ship international? Since like an idiot I already removed the stripes after I ordered the last kit, the car looks terrible.

If you can see in the picture, there actually isn't any vinyl left on the hood, but it looks like this. I'll get a better picture when I'm home in a couple of days.

When I bought mine, JAN 2022, it had the stripes removed already. Someone had done a decent job you could still see faint lines on the hood where the edges where. I did a paint correction and now you really have to look hard to see them. Myself, I like it better without.

Looks like you have the same car. Different rims (that I really wanted) and I am guessing someone changed the side mirror caps to black. I plan on blacking out the chrome, powder coating a set of rims black, and wrapping the top black along with black covers for the side mirrors. I also want to update to Xenon headlights

BTW, bought with 38,800 on him, getting ready to roll 80,000 this month. It is my daily driver.
