I posted a pic of my new, used 2012 R58 a week ago, and I just want to say how impressed I am with the performance and comfort of this car. I've had a number of performance cars before ranging from Corvettes to super exotics, and I now have a Mercedes Black Series CLK63, but none are as fun or easy to drive at the edge of the performance envelope than my MINI. I'm amazed when I'm cruising down the highway at what seems a very comfortable speed and look down to see the speedometer registering 100. (Yes, I immediately slow down.)

Anyway, this week I'm installing a remote mount radar detector and daytime LED running lights. I'll post some pics when I'm done.

Very nice! I love the silver and red combination. I remember when I got my car how I didn't want silver, but ended up with it and now I'm glad I did. I feel like every car I purchase from now on will be silver.
