Yesterday I purchased a 2012 Pepper White with black roof coupe, 6 speed. This my first non S I am pleasantly surprised with its performance. Much larger luggage area than I anticipated and a blast to drive.

I have one perplexing issue, I do not have the pass key to pair my phone. Does MINI use a universal code like BMW or do I need to contact MINIusa?

It's either 0000 or it's displayed on the car during pairing. It's a while since I did mine. I have a 2012 Roadster without Connected.

Also, just in case, don't assume you have bluetooth just because you have steering wheel controls. I had to add bluetooth to mine, and I had the HK radio with steering wheel controls.

This will tell you what options your car came with from the factory, just double check that bluetooth is on the list.

Nice Coupe! Here's your first accessory.... It would look great on the PW car. I just put a pair on mine last weekend. Got em for $90 on ebay WITH the carrier pieces shipped which is a good deal. 10 minute install.

Just enter any passkey and then enter the same on you phone to Pair. Same as BMW.
