The real one may be a rare sight and scarce but imagine to find a scale model.

We all know we can find scale models of Mini in most configurations from stock to race cars mostly in 1/18 and 1/24. They are cheap and affordable but the details are mostly inaccurate and sometimes out of scale.

I found Spark Models who produced (now out of production) simply outstanding very accurate and detailed models of the JCW Coupe and Cooper S Roadster in 1/43 scale.

The model is so accurate you can read the JCW badges on the front and back and even the center caps and logo brake calipers with the Challenge wheels. The JCW Coupe has been produced in silver/black and red/white. It come in a display case but you can remove it from its base.

At about $75.00, it is not a toy but a collector's piece very hard to find in red and white. The silver/black are about $65.00 on Ebay.

It is a very small model at about 3.5" but the only one you will ever find of a JCW Coupe and I am not disappointed.

The one you are speaking about is HO scale and about 1" long. It is a Coupe but not a JCW.

It is about $12 on Ebay.

The one I am speaking about is 1/43 scale and far larger at 3.5".

But I think you are talking about the high detail ones. When you get the smaller models from MINI, they are pretty detailed also. Good luck and hope you find one you like.

 

The one you posted a picture is a HT an 1/18 scale. If they have a Coupe, please, give me a link because I see none.

The Spark JCW Coupe was a Mini licensed product with the Mini seal on the box.

I never found anything else.

 

Yea, I was hoping they would do the Coupe' also. But looks like that's the list linked.

They licence stuff out through other places , but the link is to the official from MINI dealerships.

The R56 JCW looks so good in the 1:18 scale from MINI.
