Need help deciding

Have to decide on a mini tomorrow. New to Mini...never had one. Bought a 2013 demo s coup Saturday....huge discount...and 6 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Can still change it tomorrow morning I think. I am not sure I will appreciate the "hat" as far as looking at it each day. I drove the roadster and found quite a bit of wind and road noise, but I like the looks more. Unfortunately, they are not discounting the 2013's much as it is roadster season and I would have to go with a non "s". Now I see big price drop on 2014 mini hardtops with new engines from the price of the 2013 models. Again would not be able to afford "s" and not sure I like the "new gauges and gimmicky lights".
Looking at the discounts being offered on the 2013 coupes makes me wonder about resale. ( I tend to tire of my cars rather quickly and trade).
Not sure anyone can really help me....just maybe understand. My wife says I'm crazy. Problem with minis.....too many choices.

Keep it, you got a good deal. I was ready to buy a the new F56 hatch and they weren't offering discounts in Tempe, AZ. He said it would be 60-90 days from order to delivery. I ended up buying a JCW Coupe off the lot in Scottsdale a week ago. Just took it on a twisty road trip and the thing is a freaking jet rocket. My wife drove it one way (my 2007 was a manual trans she never drove it), she couldn't believe it.

I love my JCW Coupe, it is a standard, but my wife's JCW Countryman is an automatic. Next one I will probably go automatic. In the end faster 0 to 60 than a standard. Have not driven a automatic in a coupe, but did have a hardtop S and I swear it was quicker than my JCW. You still get to play with the paddle shifters.

I love the AT. Very responsive to kickdown shifts and it downshifts while slowing. I don't hardly use the paddles. I think the car is faster with it than the manual. I drove the 2007 MCS with AT for a test drive and wasn't real keen on it but this one is great.
