One of the "very minor" nits that I have with my Coupe is that I'm not entirely pleased with the headlight performance after dark. Especially on low beams, the reach and brightness seem to be lacking.

(Yes, I would have gone with the stock Xenons if I'd not taken an existing model (with its $2K discount) right off the lot.)

So I'm thinking of just upgrading the bulbs. I could shell out for Xenons, or even pay premium price for the SilverStars, but I ran across these on my search and I wanted to know what y'all think:
They seem to get good reviews overall, similar to the SilverStars, but are only $30 for the pair.

 

I got these, they are really nice, and worth the $$$. Or maybe it was these. Either way, the PIAA Extreme White Plus is a solid bulb with great illumination.

 

The Philips Xtreme Powers should actually put out more lumens than the blue tinted PIAAs.

 

Definitely worth a shot and for $30 you're not risking much!
