Picked up "The Pocket Rocket" one year ago today....10/3/11. It's the first two-seater I have owned and what a blast! My fourth Mini since '02 and by far the best one yet. Looking forward to driving the '15 Coupe in another two years while savoring the one I have now.

 

I took delivery of Brewster on October 20, 2011 and I must agree that I too have had a blast with my car. I previously owned a 2009 MCS but this car is way more fun. Of course having the JCW makes all the difference in the world. I look forward to having it for many more years. Though being a 2 Mini family is a pain in the neck now and again. I'm toying with the idea of buying a new Ford Escape. At least I can haul something and will have 4WD for those days I want to hit the mountains. This I have found is the only drawback to being a 2 Mini family.

 

Today is the birthday for my delivery of the JCW coupe. My third MINI, the coupe replaced a 2002 MCS. I also have an 08 Clubman that is my commuting and dog transport car.
The JCW coupe is a blast! Approaching 10,000 miles.
