I’m trying to find details for these rivets that hold the interior hanger (the tails of fabric at the back of the top) of the convertible top on to the frame. Does anyone know what size and parts these are to find replacements?

 

Old post, but following up here as I'm looking for my R52 as I'm replacing the headliner. Only need 10 rivets. Found something on ECS that might be what you need though.

Just saw your post on greasing the roof too. Wish I'd had seen that before I replaced the top.

Does not give me size, you can get pop rivet sets in black at a local place and they come with the pop rivet gun.

All that you linked is BMW convertible stuff. MINI has there own part numbers and repair kits. Don't buy the BMW fitment stuff unless its has applications for MINI otherwise its a huge guessing game.

The mounting kit comes with a bunch of hardware, most you will not use. Thats for full top replacement.
