Hello from the R60 owners page. My gf just purchased a 2013 S and is loving it more and more every day. She's coming out of a Ford conFusion, with no power, to this little beast of a machine! After owning it for 6 days she decided to get some exhaust work done. This was done at a local spot who has their own design and it really is different than anything I've ever seen.

I have the same muffler on my R60 and I wish it sounded like this one does. Granted, the engine to tip is a lot shorter and straighter giving it a better flow which really helps in its overall tone. We've got a few more mods to do to it, as well as mine, and we'll throw up some more photos.

I'll get some audio samples up soon...but let me tell you...this was a heck of a lot louder than we had anticipated. The pops and gurgles are extremely apparent and the get up and move...just damn!

 

Nicely done. It's time this brand (MINI) got some more people that are interested in carcrafting rather than installing tow hooks.

Looks like a supersprint style tip. Nice. That barrel is unique.

 

Thanks! Yah, we got lucky with that tip. Someone had ordered it but never picked it up...it's a shame for them, but a huge bonus for us!
