2010 MINI Cabriolet Spy Shot?

Found a purported Spy shot of a 2010 Cabriolet.......Had to do a double take. Is the MINI losing too much of it's original shape.....

I don't think so. It seems to have a very similar roof line to the current cabrio (more slope at the back window area than the hardtops).
