R56 How do I change temperature settings?

How do I change temperature settings?
I can't get in to the menu area to change from Fahrenheit to Celcius...or make any other changes for that matter. When I push the turn signal button as the manual says, the display goes from SET/INFO to HOME with no other options

I could be wrong but...
1: Without your foot on the clutch (so the car WILL NOT start) but with the key in, hit the start/stop button.
2: Press and hold the turn signal button. When SET/INFO appears, tap the button to scroll through the menu. Press and hold to set the option you want using taps rather than press and hold.
