Bluetooth Handsfree a terrible let-down.
Without fail, when making calls on my Mini's bluetooth speakerphone, I am asked by the people I am calling what is wrong with my phone? Do I have all the windows and sunroof open? Etc.
The sound quality on the Mini end, is fine. I love the fact that the phone mutes the stereo and gets piped into the car through the factory speakers, but it needs to be decent on the end where I am calling too.
Is my setup broken? Are other people having the same issues with their bluetooth handsfree installation in their Mini's?

My brother said that mine sounded a little funny yesterday when I made my first bluetooth call from my MCS. He did say it sounded better when I spoke louder. My thoughts are that since the microphone is in the center of the overhead control panel and that it's obviously voice triggered is that I need to speak louder. I also noted that if I have the speakers on the car up loud so I can hear plainly, it tends to cause it to sound like it's breaking up to the person on the other end.
