R56 AAARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!
Just got a call from my salesguy this morning, I will be picking it up next Monday.
DAM THIS WAITTTTTTTTTTTTTT!
the funny thing is, MINI Canada hosted a really nice party in Downtown Toronto yesterday night(weds), with like 300 guests and free drinks/food. They also put some demo cars in there, and one of them is the exact same spec as my car (minus the bigger wheels), so the whole night I was just drooling at that car. rofl.
I hate waiting...

11 April Update: Well, I didn't have an email waiting for me when I returned from Disney. I went in this morning, to discover I didn't have a "delivery appointment" yet.
Unfortunately, the electricity is out at the German dealership the car is at, so they can't vacuum the car before delivery. "No problem", sez I, "I'll clean it myself. Give me the car."
"So sorry, but they can't deliver the car until it's been cleaned. It also needs to be washed", sez my MA. "There's a carwash down the street from the dealership, and it has a vacuum too", sez I.
"Sorry, but they can't do that, and won't be able to deliver the car until tomorrow", sez my MA.
"You're not understanding the situation", sez I. "I paid for the car. I am insuring the car. I have registered the car. I want my car now!"
"Lemme talk to my boss", sez the MA. "Ok, we'll detail the car at our used lot. Meet us there at 1:15".
Brilliant... and it only took them an hour to figure that out.
I'll post pics later.
