Does anyone ordered the Factory Alarm??

Just wondering if anyone were able to order the optional Factory Alarm?

I don't see the point of having an alarm because there's already the immobilizer right? but still, it's nice to have the alarm since it has the "heartbeat" indicator as mentioned at mini2.com

I thought the heartbeat indicator was on the Volvo alarm?

I would have ordered the alarm except I didn't want it to hold up production of my car. Since my car has finanlly gone into production, I'm not getting it. I doubt I will have my dealer install it since they have quoted rediculous prices for other items.

I plan to get it but since it isn't activated in the configurator (and that's the point in the whole process I'm at) I'm in wait-and-see mode.
