I got delivery of my car 2 1/2 weeks ago. The service dept has had it longer then me. Check engine light comes on after about 15 minutes into my drive and stays on until dealer checks the status. They have already changed the Oxygen sensor. Any ideas?

 

This may seem silly, but it happened to a friend of mine (he had a BMW 3 series). Have you checked your gas cap? The CEL was lit until he had fully tightened it.

 

Same with my pal's M3.

First thing I checked, but thanks for trying. This is now the 3rd attempt for them to try and fix this problem. I am going to go the Lemon Law route soon.

 

That's very upsetting. I'm not familiar with the exact details of the Lemon Law, but I would do the same if I were in your situation.
