How do you like your Sparco Assetto Garas? Are they holding up alright? I love how they look, and Sparco has a great reputation in motorsports, but I'm not very familiar with them as a rim manufacturer. Can you shed some light?

Before Drew chimes in, I would like to give my impression of Sparco wheels. Several years ago (back in 1995), I bought a set of Racing Sparco 17x7 NS-II Python wheels. I did a lot of shopping before I bought them. They are nice, lightweight wheels that are extremely sturdy. To me Sparco wheels are some of the top-of-the-line wheels that are available. Of course, you cannot find them everywhere. That is what is nice about them as well. Not everyone has them on their car. I had one of only a couple sets of Sparcos that I saw over several years.
I can chime in as well. I have Sparco Pista rims on my car and absolutely love them. I had some Motegi's that bent relatively easy (granted, where I live there are some MONSTER potholes) but my Sparcos seem very durable and well-made. I would recommend them in a second. I agree with MinMin as well, I haven't seen many other cars with them.
Excellent! Thinking about a set of 17" Sparcos in black, but I haven't figured out if I like the Assetto Garas or the Drifts better. PM me with opinions so that I don't get us too far off topic. Thanks!
Thanks guys! I've had these wheels for a few months and they seem to be holding up quite well! They're a lot lighter than the stock challenge spokes too so that's a plus. If I remember right, Sparco wheels are made by OZ

mind me asking what tires you running? is it 205's? what size are your sparcos? looking really good
As far as ive seen i am the first and only MINI owner to attempt this mod... im lookin for some feedback!
i installed 4 blue LED's inside each scuttle... they are spliced into my headlights.. which resulted in a headlight out warning bc of the extra current draw... i am looking to wire them as part of the turn signal that are NC (normally closed) and flash open (off) as opposed to NO (Normally open) and flash closed (on)...
also thinkin about droppin the Volts down a bit with a resistor... a few of my buddies say they are pretty bright from next to or behind the car...
