You better...You need to change your sig to your laser blue!

 

LASER blue... it's much brighter and more changable than Electric Blue - think of it as EB on LSD.

That LB is a gorgeous shade ! Yep, that R56 is growing on me. That checkered dash and door insert is enough to make me want to visit the configurator !

How do you like the cloth seats? I'm torn between cloth and leatherette.

Ok, so you got the sport suspension, and LSD, and you got them on 16" wheels. Is this because you are a fiercely independent thinker unaffected by popular thinking man after my own heart, or is it because you plan on aftermarket wheels and tires...!

 

A little bit of both - I didn't like any of the MINI wheels save for the anthracite R99s and I didn't want to fork out $2,000 - so I wavered between bridge spokes and s-windups - liking neither very much but I've also had S-heavies (s-lites) on every MINI Cooper S I've owned.

 

I think I am in the same boat. The only OEM wheel I really love is the R99s and they are way overpriced - you can get comparable for less aftermarket. So I choose the bridge spokes.

 

Congradulations on yet another new MINI, love the beautiful blue. I've sat once in the cloth seats and loved 'em.

 

Is it me, or does the *** end look different.. Not sure I like the lines in the ***... too bubbly....

 

Oh my, it sure does! When you're looking at it up close it seems so much bigger...and rounder, too. The roundness I think might help aerodynamics a bit, and in the end (no pun intended) when I step back and look at the rear of the car (from the side or directly from the back) it looks super. Freaks me out every time, but is does look proper to the car...so much so that I don't worry about it any more (in spite of still looking big(ger) up close).

 

The black bonnet stripes are perfict for this color. That is one great looking car. You did good.
