The configurator also only mentions thicker anti-sway bars. The as-yet-unavailable "Hyper Sport" package mentions thicker anti-sway bars and body styling. I'm inclined to believe this is will be just be a bundle of the sport suspension with a factory aero kit, and there's no shock or spring differences between "Sport" and "Hyper Sport".

I have a couple of sources that have to remain nameless that say the change is similar to the R53 Sport v. Sport +, which is a different spring, and therefore different compression and rebound as well.

I will dyno the shocks and check the spring rates as soon as our car gets here - I will also be measuring the swaybars. I am hoping to "borrow" a car to do the same that has the standard suspension. That will tell us for sure.

Hope that helps!

I think that is what it is going to take to know for sure.

I wouldn't fully trust any magazine to get all the technicals correct. I've seen something wrong (sometimes pretty major) in almost every review I've read.

DSC is "ON" every time you start the engine. The switch allows you to turn it off when you want. Many drivers will turn it off when they drive on the track for fun or racing. Others turn it off because they don't think the system is a benefit. There are some things that make it actively work that can be strange. Example: hard left turn under power.

I don't know about the Sport button, but someone else will.
It's actually a very good question. I only turn off stability control (DSC) on the race track. And, if the track is wet I'll keep it on. It's nice staying on the asphalt when everyone is off. With DSC off I have a better feel for over/ understeer. My lap times are faster with it off because I am controling the car not the computer. Other than racing, I would keep it on.

Cheers,
