Except for Disney, they make movies out of 'miracle combacks, Cinderella stories, etc." Not saying they are bad or good, just a lot of Disney movies lately have a 'true story' tag line to it. Next one coming out in a week or so, about the Eagles football player.

Concerning how not all remakes are bad and sequels are usually
worse- its true, Ill agree to that. But You cant include Lord of the Rings
into the sequel list becasue that was all one big story already written.
It's when the movie industry sees their movie did well, so they
quickly pump out another one to make more money. That's
what happens when money instead of ideas and creativity inspire
a film= it sucks.

 

Actually, Lord of the rings was a remake too.. how quickly we forget the animated movie... of course it displaced star wars as the best movie/triligy.

However, as a general rule, anything with a 2 behind it isn't worth watching, a 3 is even worse and don't even mention anything that goes beyond 3... *cringe*

 

As for Snakes on a Plane...talk about future possibilities!
