Rough idle, long crank, Sometimes starts and cuts out

2013 MCS N18, 85K

Hello all, been experiencing Rough idle, long crank, Sometimes starts and cuts out recently. Posted on the fb groups but no feedback so hoping for more luck here.

Had a code a few weeks back P13C0/2D5A (& 2C58 which i’m guessing came as a result of the other) Which said vanos inlet. I replaced my intake solenoid but the issue is still persistent. I’m yet to remove and check exhaust solenoid as the bold is rounded, and planning to do a smoke test too in the coming days.

Overall healthy engine, had a full visual and engine check half a year ago, with the car on a dyno also very happy. Running Evo X spark plugs that i bought about 4 months ago.

Hpfp readings from my ultra gauge and Launch reader show 70 psi rail pressure, pre crank. I believe that’s the lowpfp, and then for hpfp around 700 at idle and just under 1800 psi on max load so i don't believe it’s that. Full service 5k miles ago with another coming up. I installed a new rocker cover 4 months ago and it’s been great since, can’t hear any whistling or air escaping from anywhere while the engine runs and cannot hear any kind of timing chain tick. Uncertain wether it’s been done, hasn’t in my 10k mile ownership.

Where could i go from here?
