Pre and post n18 cylinder head compatibility???

My 2013 r58 has what I suspect bad valvestem seals. There's a rebuilt cylinder head pretty local to me BUT it is the pre 2013 n18 so it has the older style fuelpump, my question is , can I just take my cam out of my cylinder head and put it in the older style n18 head and then run my updated fuelpump ect ???
is that the only difference is the fuelpump and the keyway fpr the fuelpump ? If so ,being able to run that rebuilt cylinder head could be a life saver for my car..
HELP PLEASE..

can I ask why ? Can't I just run that cylinder head then just run the old style pump and change my feedline to accommodate that pump ? Or what am I missing ? Isn't the only difference the cam keyway ?

I’m pretty sure the fuel pump mounting lugs are different between the two also

so what though would stop from allowing me to swap to this older style head and pump ? I believe the cam lift specs were the same also throughout the n18s IF the info was correct I read..
I don't mind having to swap a few things over because the price on this rebuilt cylinder head and its local to me somewhat too.. so I don't mind having to do a little extra work because that'd save me having to redo my cylinder head and the risks I don't wanna take..

How cheap is cheap? Like core charge cheap? You’ll be rebuilding the cylinder head, so it would have to be core charge cheap for me to go after it. Is it worth that to you?

Here is the fuel pump drive adapter for the new style:

And here is the pre-LCI N18 fuel pump:

They look similar, but without having them in hand, not sure I would try it. If you did try it, you could be a forum hero…
