just replaced them with Bosch spark plugs but still car shakes when warm... no oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil.

That still sounds a bit decent. Almost sounds like mine. Its been that way for me since I got it 10 years and 60K miles ago. I just make sure I keep vigilant watch over the engine oil level.

This is what you dont want

Probably not related, but check to see that the nut on the right fender motor mount is snug. I installed a new one and the threads were a little wonky, leading to a very slightly loose nut. I was getting a pretty similar "knocking sound" that really seemed to be coming from inside the engine, but disappeared totally (and happily!) when I snugged that 18mm nut down.

this is off the topic but I hear kinda weird noise from the passenger area when I start up the engine in the morning and I opened the fuse box and noticed those cables and connector inside. I've never seen this kind of stuffs while I've been owning many minis before. Anybody knows what that is and I hope it's not CAS problem..

I checked the live misfire test while I was driving and noticed that cylinder #4 has misfire but it randomly shows few times and turns back to 0.00 after that. Any ideas?

What happens to the misfire counter when you floor it & hold full throttle for 5-10 seconds?

The pistons fly through the hood? ;-)

I just swapped the ignition coils from #4 to #3 and once I started up those cylinder #3 and #4 had misfire rate but once I press the gas pedal, it turns to 0 rate and I also noticed that blue smoke was coming out of exhaust too. I guess it burns oil now.
I drove around few miles and I was monitoring live data and there was cylinder #2 misfire as well but it disappeared after 10 seconds. that was so weird. I recently replaced the spark plugs (bosch) and cam position sensors (both Bosch Brand). Ignition coils look brand new but I might have to order them if they cause the misfire. btw I don't have any check engine light or error codes but engine and exhaust sounds rough after warm

There is usually a certain amount of misfires "allowed" to happen before triggering a check engine light. And then it resets every 30 seconds again or similar to that to check again. I can't find the actual specs on it right now

I swapped the ignition coils from #4 to #3 but I guess coils are not the problem then..
