Intermittent Electrical problems

Hello, I will just start with the problems I’m having:

—Climate control: vents switching on their own from blowing air on my feet to my face then the windshield. (Exact order idk)

—Climate control: is set to a certain temperature and it goes from blowing very hot to very cold, inconsistent.

—Brake dash light flickering (it gets worse and dimmer the hotter it gets outside)

—The dash screen and dash lights get dimmer the hotter it is outside, on cold days the lights seem so vivid and bright, on hot days the screen for the clock and audio becomes half faded and looks like it’s melted and it’s harder to see what I’m looking at compared to when it’s cold and the screen is crisp, clear and bright!

—Passenger side fog light: works intermittently, hot days it cuts out completely and no light, cold days it works fine and no error codes on the dash (lamp/light error)

—Vehicle stalling on very hot days when I press on the gas pedal from a stand still, but then starts right back up like nothing happened

—Vehicle seems to run better in general when it’s cold and dry, when it’s hot it runs a bit worse especially the transmission (rougher shifting)

—Vehicle idles differently when it’s hot vs cold, it has a smoother idle when cold

And No Check Engine Light..

The hotter it gets outside the worse it all gets, at the perfect temperature none of these problems exist, which is when it’s nippy cold, the hotter it gets outside the worse and sporadic the electrical issues get.

Also it seems to be better when the air is dry vs when it’s humid.

I read the forum post about the TSB on the grounding points on the driver side wheel well, so I took the 3 apart, and it wasn’t dirty or anything the metal on the wire was shiny clean, but I still cleaned it with rubbing alcohol, put it back together and tightened down on the nuts, problems went away, after a couple weeks the problems are slowly coming back, I took it apart again and when I tried tightening them they were already cranked down from before, they weren’t loose.. so now I’m just stuck on what to do, make a new ground point? I didn’t sand it because I didn’t see corrosion, it looked spotless. I didn’t add loctite because I don’t want the loctite to get between contact points.. I’m thinking there could be another bad ground somewhere?

—Vehicle info—

-2010 Mini Cooper R56 Hardtop Hatchback 2 Door

-Mileage: 99,000 miles

-Automatic transmission

-New AGM Battery (& Battery Reprogram, I thought the battery could be the issue so it was replaced)

Well you missed some critical information: Maintenance and repair history. Tell us what maintenance and repairs were completed just before the problems started happening?

I got the car like that, The problems started small and grew worse, after tightening the electrical grounds it got better, then started going downhill again.
