Looking for CAS permanent fix

2008 S, 6sp manual, no sunroof. CAS needs repair- short crank no start, brake lights on after key removal, chattering foot module relays when trying to start. I’ve had the FRM out and apart - no water damage or signs of corrosion. CAS removed no signs of damage, needs repaired. Previous owner - burned up clutch let it set for six months, let AGM battery go dead. I bought the car, it ran, installed new clutch and water pump, brought AGM back to life. A few months later CAS issues started.
Has anyone come up with a solution to stop CAS module sun/ heat damage? How about extending the CAS wire harness and moving it? Or using a fan and temp sensor to cool it down when hot? Dyna-Mat or foil back insulation? Anyone out there repair CAS? Not just clone…. Sorry for asking so many questions. Too many hours into it and I’m attached to it.

plenty of places you can send your CAS and/or FRM to for repair, just fire up google or ebay and choose one.
