How Do you check piston to valve clearance?

I am installing a higher lift cam, and I was wondering how I could check Piston to valve on the N14 engine? the hydraulic adjusters mean that you cant just turn the engine over like you might on an old school valve train, right?

I don't think you need to check that with these. I am assuming you are installing a Cat Cams. I have never read or seen that it is necessary to check that. Also, on their website the part number 1302602 is the only one that requires a valve spring upgrade. Nothing says to measure for clearance. And lastly, I believe you are correct with it having the hydraulic adjusters being a little odd to try and measure that.
