What and where do I get gaskets ?

So this manifold I got cane with the thermal barrier spacers and it also has NO groves for o ring gaskets.
so here's my questions :
do I need 2x gaskets for the tbody and for the cylinder head to intake ? So do I need to put a gasket on each side if the thermal barriers ?? I'd assume so but....
AND where would I find a gaskets that would match ??? Or do I need to cut and make my own with a gasket sheet ? If so , what type material gaskets do you suggest ??.

Sounds like a question for SpeedTech…. My guess would be to just use the gaskets it came with.

didn't come with any unfortunately and the product has been discontinued for sometime now..
though heck , it's worth a try... thx you.
But I think I'm gonna buy gasket material just to have on hand just encase..
Also , is it safe for me to block off/delete passengers side pcv ? , id like a cleaner , better running ,flowing intake setup and I can have cel codes deleted out via adriancl. I found the block off cap for the valve cover but i dont wanna risk excessive crankcase pressure from building up.
other than the pcv I'd like to run all the other vacuum stuff as much as stock as possible.
BUT I will go to hardware store today and see if I can find a attachment that'd allow me to plumb in the pcv but i think that's gonna be luck if I do so I have mone of that so I need to plan and have backup plans then too.

I actually got email back already from speedtech " it came with 2x gaskets , they are white and in a separate box. Please make sure they were included and didn't accidentally throw them away "
Are these phenolic spacers not spacers but actually thermal gaskets ? i cant imagine so but i tend to be wrong alot lately..

Speedtech WAS rite...
I guess I just use the plastic things as the gaskets.
from what I found out : they are actually thermal gaskets which is same as a phenolic spacer. The thermal gaskets SHOULD seal without any other gaskets or rtv ect. They ARE also reusable which is a plus.
sooooo , when I install them , just to be safe because I'm **** , I WILL use copper gasket spray on both sides of the thermal gasket juuuuuuust to be safe. Back with my r53's i religiously used copper spray on the header gasket , intake manifold gasket and the supercharger horn gaskets. And never once did I EVER get a leak. I also do a good job prepping the surfaces too..
so wish me luck on the install guys !!! I will make a thread about my opinions on this manifold too.
