I've forgotten how to change the illumination on the dash lights and reset the clock on a 2013 R56 S.

I'd check the owner's manual, of course, but don't have one and all my searches on the web come yup with owner's manual where the dash does not match mine for some reason. The main control panel does not match mine and also keep referencing a joystick, which I also lack. Pushing the button on the steering stalk to cycle through theme does not show a clock reset nor dash light illumination .

Can anyone help with the lights and clock?

 

Sure, are you trying the change the color of the interior lights or the brightness of the instrument lights?

 

Dash lights. But now that I think about it, I'll take instructions on ambient lights as well!

 

You can't change the color on the instrument lights, but you can change the brightness.

On the tachometer there are two black pins sticking out of the plastic lens. The one on the right resets the trip odometer. The one on the left changes the intensity of the instrument lights. Hold it in, and then press it in steps. Each press will change the brightness.

The overhead switch to the left of the right map light controls the different colors of the interior lights.

 

On my 2013 R56S the clock can only be set using factory stereo.
