Hello All,

I purchased a 2010 Mini Cooper S with the manual HVAC controls last year. I was reinstalling the original head unit after removing an aftermarket radio but now the air blend actuator no longer works. All of the manual controls still light up but the heat only comes out of the upper vents and the defroster. Does anyone know how can I restore my blend actuator functions? Are there any online instructions I can follow? Thank you in advance.

 

Hello, something is not hooked up right.

Pull the heater display out and make sure you did not disconnect something or something to the bend doors.
