Front door seal on the side. Also its rare but it could get there if it goes up in the HVAC system from a window cowl that was damaged or removed.

I part of the seal on the passenger side was not attached to the cowl, along with a missing battery cover.

Yea, under heavy rain people did not have that battery cover on and it got into where the cabin filter is and dripped on the floor.
