It sounds normal to me. These were never the quietest engine. I hear the injectors and the vacuum pump in the video. If there is not a check engine light on and it runs ok. The oil level is good just drive it. I thought the same thing when I got mine.
I own an N14 but at minute 1:11 when you lift up the camera I hear something like metal tapping plastic, really fast. Or a vibration.
This noise is what I noticed, too. It goes on until the end of the video while at idle. The noise actually starts at 1:04 at a lower volume and is audible until the camera is lifted.
I noticed a similar (to the low volume) noise in my N16 a couple of weeks ago while driving: when cruising, the noise would appear at certain rpm if the accelerator was depressed lightly. If engine rpm increased, the noise was gone.
My first thought was also the timing chain or the timing chain guides. Around 6K miles ago I had checked whether the timing chain is lengthened and the tool indicated it was just at its limit. Hopefully I'll get a chance to check it again before the car will do another 3K to 4K miles (I'm currently on vacation with the car).

My mechanic also said that it could be chain guides. However, I have an other guess, it could be coming from the hydraulic lifters. There are couple of videos in youtube. They have same kinds of noise.

Do you hear the noise described in the above posts?
Regarding everything being fine if there is enough oil and not check engine light: I wouldn't trust these engines being fine based on your criteria. For example: (DO NOT) try pulling the release tab of the friction wheel and start the engine. The car will only notice something is wrong once the coolant has overheated (and report that but not a check engine light). And if the temp sensor is defective, the car will not report anything until it is too late.

Not to me. I can't hear the noise from the op in your (?) video.

Mine has roughly 50k miles, most of which were driven on freeways.
The bolts aren’t tighten on the air cleaner lid. Someone put the wrong screws on after slightly stripping the lower plastic air cleaner housing. And I haven’t been able to find a decent used one at a salvage yard yet. Bought the car at a auction for $1200.

I just used some long zip ties to hold the lid on...but your entire air intake box is shaking. it has some rubber isolator things in the bottom you must be missing.
I got the isolators already 1 was missing. Which I already put in when I reassembled the engine. I actually found a air cleaner this weekend. But saw on the one in the car that whoever put those silver screws in. Also put a nuts and bolts through the mass airflow sensor so I might also need another mass airflow sensor depending on how large they open the holes up. They did a hack job on the certain things. The heat shield was actually a old license plate. I put an original one back on yesterday.
