Has anyone had any dealings with R56Cooper.com / Cezday Publications?

I purchased the R56 Library off their website on Monday (01st Aug) (I'm after the wiring diagrams for the MFSW). I downloaded the zipped file which is meant to include the PDF's etc. But when I tried to unzip the folder I got one window pop up that said the Compressed (zipped) folder is invalid and another pop up that appeared said the Compressed (zipped) folder was empty.

I've tried the download three times and have ended up with the same result.

I've emailed both emailed addresses I have for Cezday and sent a message using the form on R56Cooper.com, but so far I have had no response.

 

Never had any dealings with them. However, their site "screams" scammer (imho).

Maybe it's a good thing the download didn't work, i.e. you may be able to use it as a reason to stop/cancel the payment transaction and get your money back. Please at least try, do not let them get away with it.

Yea, looks weird and never heard of them.

I did get a response from them, a couple of days after posting this.

I was sent another link for the Zip file, which I had the same issue with. I was then sent a FTP link which allowed me to download all the files individually.

I was also refunded all the money I had paid because of the issues I had experienced with the download.
