Suspension setup?

Hello! I have questions about the shocks for the car! Since i already have to replace them almost yesterday lol. I need some advice on them since i have a set of H&R springs waiting to install. I was looking at the Blistein B4 (don't know the difference between w/ sport or w/o sport), since they are more budget friendly but i don't know how they would handle with springs and their ride quality. Any suggestions?

heard about the Blistein HDs and Koni FDs i think they’re called? Any help would be appreciated

Since you have lowering springs to also install, my suggestion would be Bilstein B8 shocks. They are designed with a shorter shaft for use with lowering springs.

Another vote for Bilstein B8. If your budget is extremely tight fit B4 and pass on the H&R springs. I'd pass on them anyway.

I agree pass on the H&R springs and if you can float the money get these kit. It rides slightly harder than factory sport springs with those shocks that are designed with the springs. I used to commute over 70 miles a day so i got familiar with cruising speeds of over 60-70mph.. Also if you get them from FCPeuro lifetime warranty on the parts.

wow are the H&R springs that bad? ive had them for about 2 months but havent installed them because i need to fix whats left of the suspension. but now im not if i should :/ tho i bought the b4, tight on budget, still have to buy the lower adjustable control arms and factory upper ones and and some bushings to fix everything plus tune and and some other new mods lol a bit too much for me i guess. But all suggestions are accepted here

The Mini suspension comes stock with extremely short wheel travel already, pretty much like common cars would have with a very aggressive lowering. ANY kind of lowering would reduce the remaining (precious) wheel travel even further. So lowering a Mini isn't a good idea in general.
